Job Description

Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.

We're accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.

Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.

The Role

The Paralegal will support Hadrian's Legal team across contract and document management, records retention, corporate governance, and compliance. This role is critical to keeping legal workflows moving efficiently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment that spans commercial, government, and manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, proactive legal professional who thrives with deadlines, takes ownership of execution, and enjoys partnering closely with attorneys, external counsel, and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in enabling Legal to scale by ensuring contracts, records, and governance processes are accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

What You'll Do

  • Review, organize, and circulate legal documents and correspondence in support of vendors, customers, corporate counsel, and internal legal teams

  • Manage physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accurate, complete, and well-organized records

  • Support the full contract lifecycle, including tracking, execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations

  • Maintain and manage legal and compliance documentation, including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and corporate records

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Government Contracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support day-to-day administrative needs of the Legal team

  • Coordinate with outside counsel, consultants, and government counterparts as needed

  • Assist with matters related to government contracting, security requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations

  • Support preparation and organization of materials for audits, reviews, certifications, and compliance assessments

  • Support corporate governance activities, including Board and committee materials, consents, resolutions, and recordkeeping

  • Track legal matters, action items, and deliverables through completion, following up to ensure timely execution

  • Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, documentation workflows, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role, ideally in a corporate or regulated environment

  • Familiarity with legal terminology, contract structures, and contract lifecycle management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using legal CLM and CRM systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and cross-functional partners

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and sound professional judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience supporting legal teams in government contracting, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries

  • Familiarity with security requirements, compliance frameworks, or audit processes

  • Experience coordinating with external counsel and regulatory stakeholders

  • A builder mindset - comfortable improving processes, introducing structure, and scaling legal operations

  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative rather than waiting for direction

Compensation

For this role, the target salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 (actual range may vary based on experience and performance).

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees

  • 401k

  • Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.

  • Flexible vacation policy
