Salary: $21.15/hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the preparation of court accountings, inventories, and tracking assets, drafting probate pleadings, litigation documents settlements, closing documents and complex pleadings for review by staff attorneys.
- Assists in factual and legal research on non-routine probate matter, trial preparation on contested or litigated matters and controls the docket for the staff attorneys
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but may substitute work experience.
- Prior experience in litigation, probate administration, or real estate, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills a must.
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
