Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.2. Managing the docketing system to ensure all deadlines are met and court dates are properly scheduled and attended.3. Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.4. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date calendar of all case-related events and deadlines.5. Preparing for hearings and trials by creating and organizing trial notebooks, summarizing depositions, and coordinating witnesses.6. Handling medical records, bills, and liens to prepare files for demand and settlement negotiations.7. Assisting attorneys with e-filing in both state and federal courts.8. Collaborating with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings.9. Utilizing existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field.2. A Paralegal certificate is a plus.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the area of personal injury.4. Proven experience in legal research, docketing, law and motion practice, and preparing pleadings.5. Proficiency in calendaring and managing deadlines.6. Experience in preparing for hearings and trials, including the creation of trial notebooks.7. Familiarity with the plaintiff side of personal injury cases.8. Excellent knowledge of e-filing in both state and federal courts.9. Experience in handling medical bills, medical records, and liens to prepare files for demand.10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.11. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.13.
