Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support a busy litigation team. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who is comfortable managing case files, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and coordinating multiple deadlines.The paralegal will work closely with attorneys across a variety of civil matters, including commercial litigation, legal malpractice, employment disputes, corporate matters, and contract claims.Responsibilities:

• * Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
• * Track court deadlines, discovery obligations, hearings, and other key dates
• * Conduct legal and factual research related to active matters
• * Assist with document review and discovery management
• * Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, deposition materials, and trial binders
• * Transcribe and format legal documents and correspondence as needed
• * Support attorneys with case strategy, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• * Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel when appropriate
• * Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards
• * Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assignments
• * Assist attorneys with preparing pleadings, contracts, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents

Qualifications:

• * Paralegal certificate required
• * Prior paralegal or legal case-management experience in a law office preferred
• * Experience with commercial litigation, legal malpractice, employment, corporate, or contract matters is a plus
• * Strong legal research and analytical skills
• * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• * Strong organizational and deadline-management skills
• * High attention to detail and accuracy
• * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
• * Comfortable managing multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
• * Proficiency with legal documents, case files, and standard office technology
