  • Conduct legal research and provide detailed reports to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Maintain regular interaction with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in reviewing, proofreading, and managing legal documents.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and case files efficiently.
  • Prepare, draft, and revise a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage case files, legal correspondence, and documentation in a systematic manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare and present information effectively.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient and effective handling of legal matters.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within the legal industry.
  • A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in legal research, with a solid understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in client interaction, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in drafting and revising various types of legal documents.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and record-keeping procedures.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion at all times.
