Job DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.2. Assist attorneys in the process of discovery, including the collection, organization, and review of documents and evidence.3. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas.4. Facilitate the efficient and secure handling of important case documents and information.5. Coordinate with clients and other professionals to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.6. Maintain up-to-date and organized case files and databases.7. Stay current on legal trends, court decisions, and new laws that may affect the firm's clients.8. Assist in the preparation and management of trials, including the preparation of trial exhibits and witness coordination.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, preferably within a law firm environment.2. Demonstrated experience with the discovery process, including document review, evidence collection, and legal research.3. Proficient in using legal software and technology for research, case management, and trial preparation.4. Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.8. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required.9. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is preferred.10.
