Job DetailsWe are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically in handling medical records, chronologies, and summaries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and the experience to support attorneys in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation.Responsibilities:Review, request, and organize medical recordsDraft clear and concise medical chronologies and summariesIdentify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in careCommunicate with providers, clients, and insurance companiesAssist with demand packages and trial preparationMaintain accurate and up-to-date case filesSupport attorneys with case development and strategyQualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegalStrong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelinesProven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summariesExcellent writing, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with litigation supportFamiliarity with Clio is a plusInterested in hearing more?
