Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive paralegal support on medical malpractice cases from inception through resolutionOrganize, maintain, and manage large volumes of case files and medical recordsAssist with case preparation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial materialsCoordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and expertsDraft correspondence and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detailTrack deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

Qualifications

Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably in medical malpractice or complex litigationExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to think and act independently with minimal supervisionProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and professional
