Job Details

• 5+ years experience as a Paralegal
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Knows all about drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, knows how to file papers with the court electronically, coordinate and maintain attorney calendar and ensure compliance with all court deadlines.
• Familiar with plaintiff's PI and has been through trial preparation and attending trial even when out of town.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, coordinating deposition schedules.
• Calendaring, calendaring, calendaring. Cannot miss any court ordered deadlines.
• Acting as my travel agent making sure I get to cities where I need to be. This involves making air flights, hotel and car rental reservations.
• Manage electronic case files.
• Communicate well with clients mostly via telephone.
• Bilingual would be preferred but not required.
