Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with 3+ years of experience supporting litigation teams, ideally within medical malpractice, professional liability or related group. This individual will play a key role in managing complex cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake through trialDraft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery (state and federal)Manage discovery process, including document review and productionSummarize medical records, depositions, and expert reportsCoordinate depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparationMaintain case files, calendars, and deadlines

Qualifications

2+ years of litigation paralegal experienceStrong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court filingsExperience with medical records review and case chronologiesProficiency with legal research tools and e-filing systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
