Job DetailsRole Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Hands-on experience with California state and federal court filings and procedures
• Background supporting personal injury and/or employment law matters
• Ability to manage cases from intake through resolution
• Experience drafting pleadings, correspondence, and routine litigation documents
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
