Position Summary:

The Legal Assistant/ Corporate Paralegal will support the legal department by managing and tracking the intake, initial review, approval, execution of vendor and customer agreements as well as internal company documentation and other internal legal matters as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility for the legal department’s intake and distribution of contracts and request for legal assistance.

Maintain database of contract templates, department files and records

Coordinate internal approvals for documents and manage execution of contracts and other documents.

Support the legal team on special projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements: 

• Minimum two years of experience as paralegal, legal assistant or equivalent

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing

• Strong personal, organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Diligent attention to detail

Salary Range:

$75,000 to $90,000

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
