Paralegal
Our client, a private investment fund based in New York City, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support corporate and transactional legal matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position is fully in-office, 5 days per week, and is bonus eligible.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
- A college degree, ABA-approved paralegal certification, or equivalent transactional/corporate paralegal experience
- Experience assisting with transactions and closings, preparing board resolutions, and maintaining deal process checklists
- Ability to conduct regulatory research and prepare summary findings
- Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs under attorney supervision
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week
