Paralegal - Discovery Specialist

The Paralegal- Discovery Specialist will play a critical role in supporting legal teams with discovery-related tasks. This position requires demonstrated experience working on complex eDiscovery matters, and 5+ YOE in litigation-based legal work.

Description

• Support legal teams in managing all aspects of the discovery process, including document review and production.
• Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and case files.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient and accurate discovery processes.
• Perform legal research and provide summaries to attorneys as required.
• Maintain and update case management databases and track deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during discovery procedures.
• Communicate with clients and third parties regarding discovery matters, as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.

Profile

A successful Paralegal- Discovery Specialist should have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of litigation focused experience
• Strong knowledge of legal discovery processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
