The work is fast-paced, the expectations are high, and your ability to stay ahead of deadlines and keep cases progressing will make a meaningful impact on both the team and the clients we represent.We’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs before they become problems, stay composed in a demanding environment, and be the kind of teammate attorneys can rely on without constant oversight. You can expect a salary starting at $65,000.00 (commensurate with experience), plus:

- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers’ compensation defense matters
- Maintain and organize case files
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
- Coordinate case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
- Meet yearly billable requirements
- 3+ years of workers’ compensation defense paralegal experience required
- Experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation procedures (New York experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced practice
