Job Description

The Paralegal provides comprehensive legal support to attorneys within the Private Wealth Management Team. This role is integral to the probate and administration of estates and involves substantive legal work, including research, preparation of transfer tax returns, and drafting of estate planning and related documents. The Paralegal manages probate and gift dockets, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and works closely with attorneys, clients, and matters from inception through completion. Leveraging subject-matter expertise, the Paralegal independently handles a wide range of responsibilities while supporting multiple matters and projects simultaneously. This position carries an annual billable-hour requirement of 1,500 hours.
