Paralegal | Legal Assistant – Commercial Litigation Blended Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant role with room to grow, a hybrid schedule after training, and a salary range of $70-$90k salary DOE- minimum 2 years of litigation experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Support attorneys with discovery, document review, legal research, and case preparation.
• Manage court filings, litigation deadlines, calendars, and case files.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors regarding case-related matters.
• Assist with both substantive litigation work and the administrative responsibilities that support a busy Commercial Litigation, Appellate, and Real Estate practice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• 2+ years of litigation experience including document drafting in a law firm environment; commercial litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, grammar, and document formatting skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, electronic filing systems, and legal technology tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive professional committed to continuous development and delivering high-quality, client-focused legal support.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer, as well as frequent use of standard office equipment.
