Paralegal | Litigation & Business LawHybrid opportunity with a respected Portland law firm offering exposure to a broad mix of litigation, business, commercial, employment, and transactional matters within a collaborative legal team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support attorneys in litigation and business law matters by drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Manage case files, organize exhibits and supporting documentation, and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties regarding case status, scheduling, and document collection.
• Assist with trial preparation, subpoenas, filings, deposition coordination, and other litigation support activities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in Civil Litigation, Business Law, Employment Law, Commercial Law or similar, preferably within Oregon.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon court procedures and e-filing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a professional legal environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role is primarily office-based and involves sitting for extended periods while working at a computer, as well as occasional standing, walking, and retrieving files or documents.
