Job Description

Job Title: Paralegal Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $50-$70k/yr. Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am- 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 4:00pmParalegal Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogation claims
Draft pleadings and motions related to civil litigation
Additional related work as assigned
Communicate effectively with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters
Maintain computerized diaries using organizational and computer skills

Paralegal Job Requirements

Experience in civil litigation
Ability to speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters
Strong organizational skills needed to maintain computerized diaries
Prior experience drafting and filing pleadings
Knowledge of insurance subrogation (a plus)
Experience working with MS Word, Case Management Software, Adobe, and Outlook
Detail-oriented with strong verbal and writing skills
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
