Job Description
As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by managing case workflows, tracking deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with clients and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and track case deadlines
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
- Assist in client communications
- Collect and organize case-related documents
- Communicate with court clerks and legal vendors
- Potential for drafting motions, discovery requests/responses and all other types of case documents specific to individual facts and case law
Requirements
- Prior experience in the legal field preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Clear and concise writing ability
