Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Paralegal- Legal Analyst opportunity with an established well known credit union. The Paralegal- Legal Analyst isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:

Organizing and digitizing contracts into Ironclad while ensuring accurate tracking of start and end dates.
Reviewing contracts for internal compliance and accuracy prior to execution.
Assisting the legal department with overall contract tracking and execution.
Tracking vendor certificates of insurance (COIs) and ensuring they meet contractual coverage requirements.
Assisting with vendor due diligence, including tracking information security and Complementary User Entity Controls.
Supporting the Legal Operations Manager with litigation and arbitration matters, which includes processing subpoenas, conducting fact-finding, and managing discovery requests.

Required qualifications for the position include:

A Paralegal Certificate is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal is required.
Experience with contract negotiation and processing.
Experience managing the full contract lifecycle, analyzing terms, and negotiating standard agreements.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

Experience working in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel, with experience in the financial services industry preferred.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with Ironclad is highly preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $32.00 - $42.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
