And more!Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do:

• Prepare, review, and finalize all documents required for residential real estate closings
• Draft and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all legal and transactional documents
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to facilitate seamless closings
• Calculate prorations, adjustments, and final figures for transactions
• Conduct closings and notarize documents as needed
• Work closely with the managing attorney to ensure all files meet legal standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of real estate closing experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• High level of organization and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Experience with SoftPro is a plus
