Senior Paralegal – Class Action & Employment LawLocation: Bay Area - North Oakland, CA

Are you a seasoned paralegal with a passion for employment law and class action litigation? Are you looking to join a dynamic legal team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team in the Bay area. This is a critical role supporting class and collective action cases, including wage and hour claims. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive support for class and collective action litigation, including employment and wage/hour claims.
Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents, including drafting and running Tables of Authorities with confidence and precision.
Conduct thorough legal research on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis, ensuring accuracy and relevance to case strategy.
Assist in trial preparation, including managing exhibits, timelines, and trial logistics.
Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently.

What You Bring:

3+ years of direct experience in class action and employment law (not just general paralegal experience).
PAGA/ FLSA
Expertise in running Tables of Authorities and conducting case law research.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Trial experience is highly preferred.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
