ACTIVELY INTERVIEWING NOW! Pittsburgh, PA ️ Paralegal Legal Assistant – Sheriff Sales / Foreclosures Experience Required

A well-established team is seeking a detail-oriented legal professional to join their delinquent tax collection and commercial real estate support team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing deadlines, and has experience handling Sheriff Sale and foreclosure matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:• Manage Sheriff Sale matters from intake through file closure• Prepare, organize, and track legal documentation and case costs• Support commercial real estate closing activities for a title insurance agency• Maintain accurate records while managing time-sensitive deadlines• Utilize case management systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools

Ideal Background:• ️ 3–5 years of experience Paralegal Legal Assistant• ️ Sheriff Sales / Foreclosures experience REQUIRED• ️ Strong knowledge of Office 365 Suite — especially Excel️ Experience with case management software• ️ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
