And more!Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and all parties involved in real estate transactions
• Coordinate and prepare files for residential real estate closings from contract to close
• Request and review all required documentation to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Verify payoffs, taxes, liens, and other financial components of each transaction
• Partner with attorneys to ensure accuracy and approval of all legal documents
• Schedule and coordinate closing appointments with all involved parties
• Maintain organized, accurate files while managing multiple transactions simultaneously

What You Bring:

• Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or legal support roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is a plus
