Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range:$27hr - $28hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Proficient in Relativity, Excel, Sharepoint, WestLaw and Lexis.
Proficient with electronic court filing systems (NYSCEF and PACER).
Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience as a litigation paralegal if candidate has a bachelor's degree or 4+ years if candidate has a paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities:

Manage document management and electronic discovery matters.
Cite check and format court filings.
Prepare for examinations and depositions.
Perform other case-specific administrative tasks.
