What you will do as an EMT - Paramedic:
- Conducts initial assessment of the condition of the patient and determines a course of action applying an approved patient care protocol
- Provides basic life support and operate within their license with the State of Minnesota under the medical direction of the clinic Medical Director
- Appropriately triages patient to receive support and remain in the clinic for their scheduled appointment or contact 911 and hand off patient for transport to emergency department
- Maintains high level of knowledge and proficiency in protocols and attends trainings and case reviews as warranted.
- Trains others across M Physicians in rapid assessment and triage of clinic patients
- Demonstrates ability to provide applicable care/service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served
What you will need:
- Licensed as a Paramedic in State of Minnesota
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of one year active EMT-P experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs

Hours: 0.3 FTE 12 hours/week

Compensation:
24.30 - 35.23 USD Hourly
