Hiring: Full-time Non‑CDL Drivers – Easton Coach Company (Reading, PA)Location: 2526 Centre Ave, Reading, PA 19601

No experience required — paid training provided.
Must demonstrate strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English to perform all job‑related communication.
💰 Pay & Benefits
$16.00/hour starting pay

🚗 What You’ll Do
Safely operate a non‑CDL passenger vehicle on assigned routes
Assist riders with boarding, seating, and mobility devices
Provide friendly, reliable customer service and passenger assistance
Ensure rider safety, comfort, and on‑time arrivals
Maintain a clean vehicle and follow DOT and company safety standards
✅ Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
25 years or older
Clean driving record
Able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
