Title of Position Parks Department - Summer Parks Laborer Salary $16.00Schedule: 7:00am until 3:30pm July & August ends at 3pmHolidays are Not PaidProgram Begins: Early Spring 2026 until End of August 2026Summer Parks Laborer OverviewJoin our Parks Team as a Summer Parks LaborerWork with our Parks Crew to collect and dispose of trash and help care for turf and gardens.Responsibilities include:
- Work with our Parks Crew to collect and dispose of trash and pick up litter.
- Help care for turf and gardens
- Complies with regulations as required by local health code
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Have the ability to work flexible hours
- Have the ability to exercise good judgement and focus on details as required by the position
- Preference given to Providence residents.
- Preference given to former Summer Parks Laborers
