About Us

Join Home Clean Heroes as a cleaning specialist and enjoy an $13 - $17 HOURLY RATE, along will quality paid training, a company car while working, no nights or weekends, paid holidays, paid vacation, health coverage and retirement plan.

No experience? If you have a willingness to learn, we provide the training! You need to have a great attitude and want to grow with our amazing and fun company, which is part of Buzz Franchise Brands.

The position is based in our Williamsburg office.

You must be:

Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
A team player – you’ll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Peninsula, Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown or Hampton
A hard worker – this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming etc.) job
Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
A good driver with a valid license without restrictions
Comfortable working in homes with pets
Willing to submit to a national background check

Between $13 - $17 HOURLY RATE – no nights
