Responsibilities:As a 1-1 Direct Support Professional, you will assist with:

Community Connections & Social Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining social relationships, encouraging community engagement, and promoting inclusion.
Shopping: Provide support with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
Paperwork: Assist with personal paperwork such as addressing mail, paying bills, and staying organized with necessary documentation.
Light Housework: Help with household tasks, including budgeting, meal preparation, and general home organization.
Appointments: Provide transportation and/or accompany the individual to appointments, offering support as needed.
Problem Solving, Support & Advocacy: Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making and problem-solving while advocating for the individual’s needs and preferences.

Locations: Big Lake, Brooklyn Park, Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Golden Valley, Loretto, Minneapolis, Monticello, Plymouth, Woodbury, ZimmermanShifts: FlexibleWage: $17.00/hourWhat You Need:

A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
At least 18 years of age.
A valid US driver’s license and Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Reliable Transportation with Insurance Coverage
Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
