With a mission to nurture understanding during this challenging process, Facilitated Divorce Solutions empowers clients with financial clarity and confidence for life after divorce.Role DescriptionThis part-time, on-site role for an Assistant with financial and legal background is based in Cleveland, OH. The Assistant will support day-to-day operations by organizing financial documents, processing invoices, and assisting with accounting tasks. The role also involves conducting financial analyses, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Additional responsibilities may include general administrative duties to aid in the company's mission.Qualifications- Strong analytical skills, including the abilitiy to assess financial data and generate insights- Experience in invoicing, finance, and basic accounting principles- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and document preparation- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks- Proficiency in relevant software tools for financial and administrative tasks- Experience or familiarity with divorce mediation or family law is a plus- Bachelor's degree (or professional experience) in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
