You'll work independently while supporting the team during busy or emergency situations, ensuring a positive environment for residents and visitors alike.What Youll Do As a Part-Time Weekend Custodian, you will be responsible for:

Vacuuming hallways and common areas to keep them pristine*
Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the property*
Picking up litter and maintaining tidy walkways and exterior areas*
Taking out trash and ensuring waste disposal areas are organized*
Washing interior and exterior windows for a clear, welcoming appearance*
Assisting with light shoveling or snow removal when needed*
Navigating multiple floors, wings, and entrances (3 floors, 4 wings, 16 entrances)*
Working independently while remaining attentive to team needs and safety protocols

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision*

Dependability with reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance*
Flexibility to assist during emergencies or additional cleaning needs*

Comfort working weekends regularly*
Previous cleaning or custodial experience (a plus)*
Physical ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and walk frequently*
Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
