Location: Diamond Buick GMC-Alexandria, MN
Job Type: Part-Time Saturdays 8am – 12pm optional Fridays if available

Job Summary:As a Part-Time Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and more.
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's issues, repair status, and necessary services.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following proper safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Some hands-on experience in automotive repair, whether through prior jobs, internships, or technical training.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A valid driver’s license (required).
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy parts and equipment as needed.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles.
- A passion for automotive repair and a desire to learn.
