Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Automotive Finance Manager who brings strong experience in dealership F&I operations but may be looking for fewer hours than a traditional full-time role. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who wants to stay engaged, contribute meaningfully, and enjoy a balanced schedule.

In addition to F&I responsibilities, there is optional flexibility to supplement earnings by assisting with vehicle sales when desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently

  • Secure approvals through lenders and maintain strong lender relationships

  • Present financial products and protection packages to customers in a clear, ethical manner

  • Ensure compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations

  • Assist with occasional vehicle sales to enhance customer experience and earning potential (optional)

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive F&I management experience required

  • Strong working knowledge of finance products, bank programs, and compliance standards

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach

  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with the option for additional hours or sales involvement
