Position Overview

Closet Factory Westchester & Fairfield Is Seeking Polished, Outgoing Part-time Event Staffers to Support Our Retail Roadshows and Lead Generation Events Throughout Fairfield County and Westchester County.

This Role Is Ideal for Someone Looking for:

Events Typically Occur 1-2 Weekends per Month and Run Friday Through Sunday.

The Primary Responsibility Is Generating Interest and Qualified Leads for Our Custom Home Organization Services While Professionally Representing the Closet Factory Brand.

Responsibilities

• Staff Branded Event Booth/Tent at Retail Partner Locations
• Engage Shoppers in a Friendly, Professional, Non-pushy Manner
• Explain Closet Factory Products and Services at a High Level
• Generate and Qualify Customer Leads for In-home Consultations
• Enter Customer Information Accurately into Salesforce Using Laptop/Tablet
• Maintain a Polished and Organized Booth Presence
• Coordinate with Management Regarding Event Performance and Lead Quality

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
• Comfortable Approaching and Speaking with New People
• Basic Computer/Laptop Proficiency Required
• Ability to Learn Salesforce CRM
• Reliable, Punctual, and Organized
• Sales, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service Experience Preferred

Schedule

• Part-time / Event-based Role

• Typically 1-2 Weekends per Month

• Events Generally Run:

• Friday

• Saturday

• Sunday

• Daytime Shifts Averaging 8 Hours

This Role Is Not a Traditional Weekly Schedule and Is Best Suited for Candidates Seeking Flexible Weekend-based Work.

Compensation

• $25-$30/Hour Depending on Experience, Professionalism, and Performance
