Job Description
We are looking for one individual to join our cashier team. The right candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include cash handling, balancing the cash drawer, answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting the receptionist and Service BDC.

Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Professional appearance, mature, and eager to improve on all aspects
- English; basic Spanish speaking skills (explaining payment and services, giving directions, counting money, and greeting customers)
- Basic computer skills: email and willing to learn our dealership system
- Cashier or bank teller experience a plus but not required
- Retail experience a plus but not required
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, type, file, carry reams of paper, and answer phones
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Cash, check and credit card handling, balance cashier drawer, make receipts.
- Keep all receipts and Repair Orders organized
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and assist customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the representative
- Transfer phone calls to correct departments, employee, take and deliver customers notes.
- Work cooperatively with all departments
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, and other documents
- Assist the Service BDC and Receptionist
- Other duties as assigned
