Part Time Church Finance Admin

If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:

• You’ll oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the office, monitor correspondence and designated email accounts, support reception coverage as needed, and ensure calls and voicemail messages are handled promptly and professionally.
• You’ll collaborate with staff and leaders to coordinate ordering supplies and to manage the printing and distribution of materials.
• You’ll manage core financial processes, including deposits, accounts payable, and payroll, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and partner with leadership and an outside accountant to support annual audit preparation.
• You’ll oversee the scheduling and use of facilities, maintain the master calendar, and coordinate building access to ensure spaces are used effectively and responsibly.
• You’ll purchase supplies and equipment, and support the overall operational excellence of the organization.

• B.A. or higher degree required
• Experience in office management, bookkeeping, and/or nonprofit administration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Google Workspace, QuickBooks preferred
• Experience in or ability to learn Realm/ACS, Ramp.com, Squarespace, Constant Contact
