Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

Working closely with other members of the CNA QMA testing office, this part-time position will be responsible for submitting candidate information to the Indiana Department of Health registry.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Map candidate scores to candidate applications

  • Enter results into CNA QMA database

  • Verify and submit successful candidates to the State

  • Track incoming and outgoing result data

  • Work with State contact for Registry submission

  • Follow up on Registry inquires

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

SUPERVISION GIVEN: None

HIRE RATE: $16.00 per hour

WORK SCHEDULE: The schedule can be flexible and allows up to 28 hours/week.

WORK LOCATION: This is an on-site (in office) role.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma/GED required.

  • Must have strong database skills including data entry.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Google documents and Zoom is required.
