Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaner (Part-Time)
Two Maids of Shoreview is expanding our specialized cleaning team! We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual for a part-time role focused on commercial accounts and post-construction detailing.
This isn’t our typical residential housekeeping. We’re looking for someone who thrives on labor-forward, physical work— You’ll be handling a variety of essential spaces—from local offices, apartment common areas and warehouse breakrooms to the heavy dust of a post construction cleanup. This is a consistent Monday–Friday morning role, perfect if you want to stay active and keep your afternoons free. Hours are part-time and variable (typically 10–25 per week) based on our project load, making it an ideal fit for someone seeking a high-energy side-gig rather than a desk job.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is responsible for executing a wide range of specialized cleaning protocols, from routine facility maintenance to deep-cleaning post-construction sites
- Commercial Upkeep: Maintain a professional and sanitary environment across diverse spaces, including corporate offices, industrial warehouses, and apartment common areas.
- Post-Construction Cleanup: Detailed cleaning after things like ceiling renovations, home remodels, and general construction projects. This involves removing heavy dust, grit, and film from all surfaces.
- Industrial Breakrooms & Floors: Maintaining high-traffic areas in warehouse environments, ensuring breakrooms and floors are sanitized and presentable.

- Adaptable: Ready to jump from a dusty renovation site one day to a professional office building the next.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable working in various environments (active remodel sites, warehouses, and offices).
