We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients while helping keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment. You'll get hands-on training, bonus opportunities, and room to grow into future full-time or sales positions.

Base salary starts at $20.00 per hour with bonus opportunities on top
Flexible Schedule (24-30 Hours per Week)
Mon-Fri Schedule with evenings & weekends off

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and care
Schedule and confirm insurance policy review appointments
Conduct outbound calls regarding late payments and account follow-ups
Process customer payments and provide basic account assistance
Maintain accurate client records and update agency systems
Support client retention through outreach, thank-you notes, and birthday cards

Requirements

Prior customer service experience
Friendly, professional, and welcoming phone demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn agency software
Positive, dependable team player with a customer-first mindset
