Position ResponsibilitiesAs a District Manager, you will provide leadership and support to multiple salon locations while ensuring exceptional service for residents.Responsibilities include:

Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor salon professionals
Train team members on company systems and procedures
Open and set up new salon locations
Build and maintain positive relationships with community administrators
Serve as the primary liaison between the communities and the Regional Director
Support salon operations and ensure company standards are maintained
Provide salon coverage and perform hair and/or nail services as needed
Assist residents in achieving their desired hair and nail care goals
Travel between assigned communities within your district

Qualifications

Active state cosmetology and/or nail technician license (as applicable)
Minimum of 3 years of professional salon experience
Previous multi-unit management or leadership experience in a salon environment preferred by not required
Ability to perform hair and/or nail services
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and comfortable with technology
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Experience working with seniors is a plus
