Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Service: Treat customers and teammates with respect, provide knock-your-socks-off experiences, and educate customers on the value of our services.Work Safely & Sustainably: Operate vehicles responsibly, load and transport items with care, and partner with community organizations to recycle and donate whenever possible.Take Ownership & Drive Growth: Make smart operational decisions on the job, help maintain trucks and equipment, and support marketing and continuous improvement efforts to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

Excellent communication & positive attitude
Safety-first mindset
Ability to use technology in the field & cell phone
Valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Clean background check
