PART-TIME EVENING OFFICE / BILLING CLERK$20.50/HR • MONDAY–FRIDAY • MELROSE PARK, ILCollege Students Encouraged to Apply!CXI Trucking is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Office/Billing Clerk. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking to earn $20.50/hour while gaining valuable professional experience in business, billing, logistics, transportation, and office administration.POSITION HIGHLIGHTSPay: $20.50/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–11:00 PMEmployment: Part-TimeLocation: Melrose Park, ILProfessional office environment

Valuable experience for your résumé and future careerRESPONSIBILITIESCheck in drivers and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proofs of Delivery (PODs)Review BOLs and PODs for accuracy and completeness

Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and respond to emails

Match PODs with driver manifests to ensure all paperwork is accounted for

Process COD shipments, including checks and cash

Enter carrier information into the Cheetah Service DeskWork closely with Dispatch and Dock SupervisorsCollect monthly mileage sheets and issue new sheets

Scan and index BOLs and PODsAssist with general office and administrative duties

Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS1 year of billing or auditing experience preferred

Freight billing experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities

Professional phone and email communication skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
