You'll work closely with store teams and leadership to deliver beautiful presentations that brighten customers’ days.What You'll Do As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays*
• Water, clean, and care for floral products*
• Receive, organize, and manage floral inventory*
• Complete light paperwork and follow planograms*
• Lift, bend, and move floral products up to 40 lbs.*
• Create eye-catching floral arrangements to enhance the store’s visual appeal*
• Keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting*
• Communicate effectively with store teams and leadership
