Job Description
The Ontario Center has a part-time Janitorial & Housekeeping opportunity available. Flexibility with hours is a must in this role.
This position enhances the appearance of The Ontario Center to consistently meet and maintain company standards. The role directly improves a customer's experience and satisfaction while visiting the property.
Janitorial / Housekeeping Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Glass cleaning, dusting & polishing surfaces, sanitizing
- Emptying trash cans and transporting to trash dumpsters
- Mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming and otherwise maintaining floor areas
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms
- Other general cleaning duties as needed
Physical Work Requirements:
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Regularly lift, move and/or carry up to ten (10) pounds; Frequently lift, move and/or carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds; occasionally lift move and/or carry up to fifty (50) pounds
- Bend, kneel, twist and reach
Other Abilities:
- Pass pre-employment background screening
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Reliable transportation
About: The Ontario Center, formerly the Richland Mall, is an enclosed, regional center featuring more than 40 stores and four eateries, anchored by JCPenney. It serves as the only enclosed shopping center within a 40-mile radius and is conveniently located just minutes from I-71 and OH-30. The center is in close proximity to both North Central State College and The Ohio State University-Mansfield Campus!
