Job Description
Overview:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR department, including document preparation, filing, reporting, correspondence, and special projects.
- Managing employee files, I-9s, compliance requirement
- Coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug screens, and manage new-hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Assist with payroll and enrollment processes as needed, coordinate training sessions and employee events, and provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- HR background required; two years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, dependability, and discretion are essential.
- High school diploma required; associate degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Approximately 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on the candidate’s availability.
- Pay range: $23–$24 per hour.
