Job Description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitors for our location in Chicago, IL!Duties include: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all common areas of a high-rise condominium, including the atrium, lobby, management office, community room, fitness center, mailroom, elevators, hallways, chute rooms, stairwells, laundry facilities, and restrooms. Ensures a safe, orderly, and well-maintained environment that enhances the comfort and overall experience of residents.Schedule: Monday - SaturdayFrom 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM(30 hours in total).Pay rate: $16.60HR!Bi-weekly pay!Requirements: • Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role. • Transportation to get to work. • Two valid forms of IDs. • Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting. • Must have experience with commercial or industrial cleaning. • A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted. • Availability to start immediately.
