Job Coaching Opportunities at Ability Beyond!

Locations: Norwalk or Danbury, CT

Schedule: Flexible, part-time (25 hours weekly, mostly weekdays, weekends as needed)

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Responsibilities

Support individuals in identifying and working toward their employment goals.
Monitor progress, communicate updates with co-workers and supervisors, and explore alternative strategies as needed.
Motivate and guide individuals throughout their employment journey, providing encouragement and skill-building.
Assist with scheduling and, where necessary, lead or participate in team meetings for assigned individuals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License
A genuine interest in psychology, human services, and advocacy for diverse populations
