Part-Time Leasing Consultant
Location: Oasis at Memorial – Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours per week, including weekends as needed)
Reports to: Property Manager
Unit Count: 228
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for touring prospects, generating leases, leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, and supporting the daily operations of the community. This role plays a key part in achieving occupancy goals and maintaining resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features and community amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Assist with resident retention efforts, including renewals
- Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies
- Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous leasing, sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet leasing goals
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
